US Office of Veteran's Affairs releases a new report, stating the number of Veterans who used homeless shelters or transitional housing in 2010 dropped three percent to 144,842 from 149,465. The report also notes the administration’s efforts to help end homelessness among Vets within the next few years. (11-1-2011)
